treat cable internet & PBS access as a public service. Let consumers choose the right of communication for $25 a month.

Put people to work laying underground cable for transmission of high speed internet and public access TV. This should be a public service. The basic charge would be for everyone. Persons with incomes of less than $12,000 a year should have the basic for free. Take the stuff out of our atmosphere. Bury it. A warrant approved by a Civilian Court, would be required before computer intrusion would be allowed. The cable and internet should be governmental service to our citizens. No more bundling. Let us choose what we pay for. This is free enterprise. Not monopolistic, communistic "Take what WE Give You" and pay for it or have nothing.
