As congress has routinely failed one of its primary duties over the last several years, and has flaunted the law by repeatedly waiving their responsibility.
If congress breaks the law of the land (1974 budget act), that they be treated as any other federal law breakers.
1. Close their health club, spa and cafeterias. For late night work, leftovers can be brought in from the closest federal detention center and provided on a first-come-first-serve basis.
2. Require them to wear monitoriing cuffs. Restrict travel to and from their congressional offices and personal residences. No other public apperances or fundraising permited.
3. Suspension of pay (no later renumeration) for congress and any government pay their staff receives, until the requirements of the law have been met.
