Treat corporations as "people" by enforcing that they pay PROPER taxes and are prosecuted in the same way as "citizens"

In light of the recent Supreme Court decision upon Citizens United classifying corporations as "people" and Hobby Lobby further presenting precedence that corporations are such, I propose that corporations pay proper taxes as "people". I also propose that corporations that knowingly allow harmful or illegal practices to continue within their organizations and/or knowingly allow the release of harmful products based upon "acceptable losses" be charged with and prosecuted for the proper charges which would be placed upon an individual (murder, manslaughter, endangerment, abuse, negligence, tax evasion, etc.) had an individual PERSON committed these same acts. If corporations want to be classified as people, then they should be prosecuted in the same manner and pay taxes like US citizens do!
