Possession of a drug defines a citizen as a drug user. The most Prominent Violation being committed; is against the drug user himself. Our Court of Law should recognize that a citizen with POssession of a Drug, is an ADDICT NOT A CRIMINAL, and should be treated as such, arresting the ADDICT to a treatment facility not a Jail or Prison. the crime should be treated as an ILLNESS not as A CRIME against society,
IT IS A Crime Against Oneself AND THOSE CLOSE TO THE ADDICTED. GET THEM HELP NOT HINDERANCE ***RELEASE THE NON VIOLENT DRUG POSSESSORS,
possession SHOULD BE TREATED AS CRIME AGAINST ONESELF NOT A CRIME AGAINST THE GOVERNMENT.
