Government contractors should be treated fairly. When the president gives special time off to Government employees such as Christmas eve or 59 minutes early dismissal to Government employes the govt contractors should be given the same benefit. Contractors should also be given back pay during govt shut downs just has the government employes get. They stand shoulder to shoulder and do the same jobs but get treated as second class employees.
