We the People insist that the Second Amendment be upheld and supported. Military or Police sponsored gun safety and handling training and licensing, to include full background checks, and gun registration shall be required for firearms purchase. Concealed Carry shall be legal for those qualified and where applicable. Gun safes and/or Trigger locks and ammo security shall be mandatory for equipment not in use. Limited Liability coverage will be carried. All legally competent Citizens shall qualify to apply for gun ownership. Military type, armor piercing, paramilitary and high-capacity auto and semi-auto equipment purchase shall be reserved for those belonging to Military, Police or Militia units or those Federally licensed. Criminal convictions or Mental health problems to trigger review.
