It is alarming the level of lawlessness that young people are getting away with and 'responsible'people are looking the other way rather than address it. When mobs constituted mainly of young people rob stores, severely injure people under the pretense of being carefree and fearing no consequences, they get emboldened and wants to go a step higher.
The 'knockout game', a dastardly act being practiced by young people would probably graduate to target shooting of innocent people eventually if it is not brought under control now. And violent robberies that culminates to injury of life,limb and property should also be treated as a Hate Crime-no excuse! Hate Crime can be within races and without;Black-on-Black, White/Black or Black/White, that solely leads to injure and loss.
