18 U.S. Code § 116 criminalizes female genital mutilation (FGM), but there is no law forbidding the same for males (MGM).
MGM happens in this country often with out any outcry, despite the fact that male genitalia are being DESTROYED without consent! Religious reasons? Don't care! "Hygiene"? Don't care, it's a male's private parts for God's sake!!!
