Treat children and adolescents fair. The system is too hypocritical. On one hand we say they are not old enough to smoke, drink, or watch R-Rated movies, however, on the other hand they are frequently tried in the court of law as adults. We should either abolish the capabilities as trying them as adults or give them the same choices as adults.
