The second paragraph of our Constitution says the following...."We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness." I and many like me, are completely "Unhappy" with how our politicians run our Country. We feel powerless to truly express our opinions given the forums available. I have been searching for a mechanism to allow all Americans a voice regarding what is going on in Washington and felt this may be the best way to have that voice heard. My petition is simple, basic, and applies to every American.
Our Federal Government should spend only what it takes in and stop borrowing money for programs we can't afford!!
