To treat people with addiction problems as a medical case instead of a criminal case

Instead of charging people who are caught with illegal drugs as criminals, they should be treated as a someone with a medical condition. Putting drug addicts in jail doesnt help their drug problem it just makes them better criminals instead rehab and medical care is needed. Bring help instead of hate to those who need help
