If radical islam were a pathogen like ebola a quarantine from infected countries would be simple and acceptable. I think we should treat radical islam like a pathogen because in many ways it is a lethal illness. If 50 Americans died from ebola coming out of Liberia a ban on Liberians entering the country would be logical and widely accepted. I'm a liberal not a republican so I'm not bias in this thinking. I think the conversation should be framed in a medical sense because radical islamists are mentally ill and highly contagious. Radical islam is a lethal mental illness not a religion or a people. We do it with ebola and nobody says racism. vhe infrastructure and laws are there for disease so why not call radical islam what it is, a disease.
