No Offense to anyone..
People With work permit have right to bring their spouse without delay. However Spouse of so called Green card holders or Permanent resident have to wait years and years to bring their spouse.
Is this fair? The person who is permanent resident has to wait years to unite with family members. Why cant spouse of Permanent resident be classified as IMMEDIATE RELATIVES? If they could be classified than their wait time to unite would be reduced drastically.
Why can people with work permit bring their spouse without delay and Permanent resident spouse has to wait years and years?
Cant we classify spouse of Permanent resident has immediate relative? why husband has to live many years without meeting wife and vice versa?
