The drug abuse problem in america is not getting any better. Alot of americans are addicted to illegal substances. Many would rather use illegal substances then go out and look for work. The time to fix America is upon us. The greatest nation in the world, that we all love and call home, is declining. Welfare is is a good program, when not abused. Welfare recipients recieve a check, from the Government. Therefore we have every right to ask that they be drug tested. Federal employees are drug tested at random, if they fail, they are suspended untill they clean their act up, or let go due to their own choices. I feel, it is the Presidents duty to make this happen. There is no violation of rights or freedoms, when you apply, and hold a job, they can drug test you. this is no different.
