Treatment of Social Security and medicare taxes.

Social Security taxes hence forth will be placed into an interest bearing account for each citizen subject to said tax. Each account will be managed by an investment firm of citizen choice. The funds are not allowed to cover any budget deficit for any government entity.
Medicare Taxes collected are to pay for insurance premiums for citizen and dependents whom the said taxes were collected from. Citizens have the overbearing right to choose insurance companies.
Any taxes collected from and illegal alien as defined by INS shall go into a pool for disability claims of children.
