Trenine Haywood have raised a child since he was 4days old hes 6 now DSS putting him back with his mom she has no rights

I Trenine Haywood who has raised this child for 6years me and my husband. Childwelfer has come up with a plain to remove him from my home.To place him in harms way now his mom know he has a behavior problem she want him so she can get moneies for the child not for love. But i have been the caregiver every since he was 4 days old. Me and my husband named him and I filled out birth certificate because she didn't want to have no dealings with her own child. Me and my husband and 3 kids raised him and we are the only family he knows. I have been every where for help but the court system is not being fair about it. How could the judge be on bike commity and shes in bike club he not even supose to be hearing this case its a conflict of intrest. someone please help me and my family. thanks
