Use Drum containers or covered converbelts to move the Oil sands from Canada Instead of the KEYSTONE PIPELINE.
They can be moved in the state they currently exsist in and not heated and PUSHED thru a pipeline.
If there were to be an accident transporting the Oil sand it would be contained in its Natural state and more easily cleaned up.
