Okay. So I read today that

Please stop for a moment and realize for as long as this law has been in effect people either through legal or illegal means have procured marijuana. I have read that marijuana has been getting stronger with strains getting combined and hydroponics. Do we not do with with our food supply with combined breeding of our livestock and cross breeding our produce. I just read a story about rice being bio engineered to support Asia. Sure this is a product that may relax a population after a hard day at work but sure won't get them agitated like alcohol has that has created so many more crimes than marijuana.
