Help the blue-collar and middle-class Americans that overwhelmingly voted you into office, Donald Trump. As long as we're putting reality TV stars into positions of power, please appoint and fund Mike Rowe to a Cabinet-level "Czar" position, tasked with reforming+promoting vocational education programs, and helping attract good jobs that can pay a living wage.
Not every child is well-suited for a college education, and much of America has been left behind in the transition to a global economy, where you can't just walk out of high school into a decent-paying factory, mining, or assembly-line job. We need to retrain and employ the idled, proud, disenchanted workforce that helped you get into office, not just give them false hope of "winning" and change.
