The Trump campaign commits acts of sedition, why is there no legal action?

Created by H.G. on November 06, 2016

There must be accountability for laws to be meaningful.

Using media, Donald Trump and Rudy Giuliani have committed acts of sedition by raising unsubstantiated claims of election fraud, misrepresenting the words of the President of the United States, making slanderous statements about the US government and inspiring millions of citizens and a foreign government to take illegal actions against a former senator and Presidential candidate.

Because so many illegal acts have gone unchallenged:
1. Seeds of insubordination have grown.
2. Confidence in the legal authority of our government has decreased.
3. Radical groups are emboldened to take illegal actions, including voter suppression, acts of insurrection, burning churches and shooting police officers.
