Trump famously challenged Obama for his Birth Certificate by offering to give 5 million dollars to Obama's favorite charity. Now that he has finally admitted that Obama was in fact born in the United States it is time for him to come through. Karma dictates that he should he have to fork it over to the Clinton Foundation. If he doesn't then he is a Welsher and should have to prove that he was born in the U.S., and not in Wales.
