President Elect Trump, the United States led the world in science and technology for decades but we are losing that edge because of traditional Republican politics that panders to the religious right. Be the change people are looking for. Keep religion out of science and let us regain our edge. Truly lead the people, we the vaste majority (most on the left and nearly all the modern, young, progressive, open minded, STEM educated minds on the right) want to stay on top of the advances in science and technology and need you to drop the election rhetoric and get behind promoting science ahead of religion. Take a look at our poluted world and take a stance for a cleaner planet that we can all support. PS, also please let us hear you stand behind gay rights and against ugly racism. TY.
