I respectfully request that the President of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama, testify under oath, in a public forum, to explain in detail exactly where he was on the night of September 11, 2012 during the hours of the terrorist attack on the consulate in Bengahzi, Libya, and to tell the American People if he did or did not give the order for those who were in a position to come to the aid of Ambassador Christopher Stevens and others to stand down, and to explain if he did or did not give any orders for assistance to those in the consulate and the compound where the U.S. Intelligence was posted.
