When an organization or person uses social media or any other means of communication to convey a message or report as news it will have to be confirm with evidence and material not of hearsay, innuendo or rumor. When the news report is misleading or an outright lie the party responsible will be committing a felony and can be sue, revoke any federal licenses and will have to rescind the statement or report,
