Truth in Representation

Created by D.H. on September 28, 2011

All members of both chambers of congress will be sworn in when entering the House of Representatives or the Senate. While members of congress are sworn in when taking office it is nessesary to have each member be sworn in each time they enter the houses of congress. This will ensure that those elected to represent the people of this nation will have to speak the truth while inside either of the houses of congress. Senators and Represetnatives are employees of the American tax payers. As employees they must be required to speak the truth or face charges. This will end 'grandstanding' in congress and force each party to work together or face purjury charges.
