Border Patrol Officer Brian Terry was killed in the line of duty by weapons sent across the border into Mexico by this Fast & Furious action. With respect to the President and his Administration, there's been stonewalling, cover up, and misdirection when those who have sought to bring this travesty and tragedy to justice have attempted to investigate.
As the President took an oath to defend this nation against all enemies, foreign and domestic, it is his job, as required by the US Constitution, to faithfully do so, and to bring to justice the murderers of Officer Terry and those who participated in the Fast and Furious scheme.
This petition also requests that Border Patrol Officers/Agents be allowed to use live ammunition when under deadly fire and be cleared to use deadly force.
