Try and convict those who sign a petition asking for the states to secede from the United States of America of treason.

To help preserve the United States of America and to protect our citizens from a potential civil war or other violence that could arise from the state secession issue, we the people petition that the Obama administration try and convict those who sign any petition asking for the secession of any state of treason and be subject under the full penalty of law. Many innocent lives have been lost under the violence of the previous secession of the states. Help us stop the secession of states and help preserve potential lives of our citizens.
