Try Dennis Rodman for Treason.

Dennis Rodman should be charged and tried for treason under the Patriot Act, having provided support to an enemy of the United States, who this day has declared an intention to attack the United States with nuclear weapons in a first strike. He should be tried and convicted as a traitor and supporter of terrorism. As for HBO and the globetrotters, any profits they have made should be seizes by the US government and they should be forced to learn of all the terrible acts that the North Korean government have committed upon their people. Also, if any money was provided to any North Korean entity for permission to go there, this should be deemed as direct aid to a terrorist state and provide further evidence of treason.
