Dzhokhar Tsarnaev should be tried as an enemy combatant and we should seek the death penalty. His and his brother's bodies should be deported to prevent Martyrdom on American soil. Also reform asylum laws to prevent free travel to country that individual is seeking asylum from, and scrutinize anybody that does go back and forth.
