Try to filter/block crazy petitions

I've been trying my best to weed out the bad petitions such as changing the national anthem to my little pony's theme song and other wastes of the President's time. Ever since the death star petition this site has been over run by people who don't mean to better the country and only mean to make fools of us all. I love this site and I adore that we got this opportunity to make our desires heard. But make them be relevant, helpful, and not hateful. There are some worthy causes open that I don't feel belong on this site. I don't feel it is the president's responsibility to fix every little problem. Some of which are only problems for YOU. so please, make it so that the rest of us can actually be taken seriously? Thank you
