Try Geroge W. Bush as a war criminal for lying to the nation about WMDs in Iraq resulting in the destruction of a nation

Millions of innocent US soldiers and Iraqi soldiers and civilians were killed in this illegal longest lasting war based on lies by George W. Bush and his administration. Instead of setting a congressional committee to investigate and bring him to justice, why is President Obama joining in the opening of his Presidential library on April 25? The least he can do is to boycott this ceremony in memory of so many U.S. soldiers who died for his lies.
