Governor Andrew Cuomo chose to undermine the second amendment of the United States Constitution when he proposed and passed an effective ban of almost all semi-automatic firearms in New York State, as well as a ban on low capacity magazines, violating ex post facto laws. The firearms banned were protected under the second amendment, as they were necessary to the security of a free state.
Governor Cuomo is traitor to the United States Constitution and should be tried as such.
Elected officials are not above the law.
