We the people demand all members of Congress who voted in favor of NDAA, along with the President of the United States, be tried for Treason for violations of the Bill of Rights and their oaths of office.
NDAA, violates both the 4th and 6th Amendments of the United States Constitution, part of the Bill of Rights guaranteed to all Citizens of the United States.
NDAA permits search without warrant, prohibited by the 4th Amendment.
NDAA permits indefinite detention without trial, prohibited by the 6th Amendment.
Tyranny will not stand, nor will tyrannical laws.
For their crimes against the People of the United States and their collusion to deny the People of their fundamental rights, we demand charges of Treason be levied.
