Mr. Luis Posada Carriles, a resident of the USA, has been linked to multiple bombings of hotels as well as the 1976 bombing of Cubana de Aviación Flight 455 killing all 78 individuals on board. Just as those held in Guantanamo Bay are finally getting their day in court, it is long past time for Mr. Carriles to have an opportunity to answer these charges. If the administration is unwilling to try him on US soil, there are many other countries that would be more than happy to do so if he were extradited.
