Government officials who either openly or covertly violate the Constitutional rights of American citizens for the purpose of recording to a hard-drive, cataloging private information to a database, or archiving private data or online activity (to include private email conversations) should be tried as criminals in a court of law for treason & sedition against the United States Constitution and if guilty sent to jail for their crimes.
By signing this petition we insist that investigations commence and that proper charges are filed against any and all (starting from the top down the chain of command) who were involved in these crimes.
The investigation & filing of charges should be across the board, comprehensive and without regard for the level of office the person has attained.
