The NDAA act is the most recent and most abhorrant piece of legislation ever to be introduced. It shreads what little is remaining of our constitution and allows indefinite detention, the killing and the torture of Americans with no due process. That's right, no charges no trial, no evidence needed. With only baseless accusation, the government can now accuse anyone of being a "terrorist" and it's off to Guantanamo Bay , never to be heard from again. Astonishing! What a way to quell dissent!
The criminals and traitors that wrote and are standing by this legislation are not worthy or fit to be entrusted with the power to run our country. Furthermore, president Obama has forsaken his oath to protect and defend the Constitution.
