try their best to convince the Vietnamese government/president to allot freedom for their people without creating war.

I am from Viet Nam and has experienced the harsh and cruel government they have over there. I do not know if thei are part of the United Nations, but we have to do something to keep the president in Viet Nam to stop his cruelty and harsh pubishments for innocent people. They are still people, they are not dogs, nor slaves, they are people and I think they deserve the right to be free and not be put in pain along with their family. As much as I can stress, I do not want a war to start, it would mean a lot and be helpful if trying is possible. I am not saying to do it, just give effort and try.
