Trying to push the Congress to do what they swore a oath to do, and are not.

Congress needs to suffer when they make the people suffer by not doing the job we pay them to do, and to honor the oath they took to represent all of us not just the rich. to do this I propose this bill to go forward.
When congress does not place a Senate approved bill on the house floor for a full vote by all the house members within thirty days of receiving the bill. The following will happen for each bill that does not come on the floor as described above
.All members of congress will be fined from that day two months pay and benefits including any and all income or services provided to them and there staff by the government including there health care for a period of two months for each bill not on the floor within the thirty day limit with no restriction on number of fines.
