turn all our territorries into states

I purpose that we lower the bar in statehood . we have a lot of territories administred by agencies what about turn all these territories into state these people are Americans like the rest of us they are having all the gravy (US citizenship) and not having to pay taxes america needs all the revenue we can get make these territories into states so all Americans can get taxed
