Turn control of the mapping of congressional districts for the U.S. House of Reps. over to the US Census Bureau.

In order to truly restore control of our great nation to it's people, we must undo the damage caused by years of gerrymandering, and remap out the congressional districts in an even, common sense fashion based on it's population, not in whatever fashion gives the incumbents the best chance to win. In that vein, no federal organization is more suited to the task than the US Census Bureau. The massive conflict of interest that is allowing congresspersons to rig the system as they have must be ended, and through a redistricting by a fair and impartial body, a voice be given back to the people to allow Congress to once again become an institution truly representative of the American people.
