Let's lay this out bluntly. To rebuild Detroit by either the public sector or Private sector would cost billions, there is as of now no interest in private sector to save Detroit And what would it get us if we did it with public money!? The once Emerald city is now a blight on our reputation as a nation but I have simple plan to turn Detroit Emerald once more. The Emerald Forest preserve!
1.pay remaining people enough to move some where reasonable.
2. Recycle the city in "material reclamation project"
3. Restore the city to its natural state.
