Turn down any proposed Gun Control laws, as they are against the Militia Act of 1903.

Created by C.B. on January 24, 2013

Any proposed gun control laws are against the Militia Act of 1903 which states quite simply that all men between the ages of 18 and 45 are a part of the unorganized militia, and have the right and responsibility to supply themselves with weapons of any type, as many as they can supply or desire to, so that they may be called upon in the case of a foreign invasion.

Also, I cite the much more obvious Second amendment, which states that a well regulated militia being necessary, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. According to the current online edition of the Oxford English Dictionary. infringe is defined as 'Act as so to limit or undermine' there are no strings attached, infringe is not to take away, but to undermine. You swore an oath, keep it.
