Turn the federal reserve into a government agency to avoid paying interest an all bills printed.

There are currently 12 district federal reserve banks selling money to the American people with interest. The federal reserve is a private organization, not a government organization. They are the ones who want war, so they can print more money and make more money off of the every day tax payer. With subsidizing this monopoly, the U.S. House and senate can have more of a direct say in how much money will be spent, and thus, the American people need to speak through the senate and the house for this to work.
