The Secretary of State's work related records, including email, are part of the official records of the administration of President Obama, and belong, ultimately to the American people.They should not be in the sole possession of a private individual and released according to their personal discretion, and inaccessible under the Freedom of Information Act. Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's private server should be turned over to a third party arbiter and the contents evaluated to return the work-related documents to the United States government.
