Turn North Dakota and South Dakota into one state, then give that state to Canada.

In a continued effort to improve relations with the country to our North, it would be in our best interests as a nation to give the states of North and South Dakota to Canada.
For the sake of clarity and to streamline the immigration process, the states will be combined into one Super-Dakota. This will make it an easier distinction for Canada when they welcome all 8 people living in those states.
