The Federal Government, by and through various non-combat or military agencies, has already purchased, or has committed to, almost 2 billion rounds of ammunition, much of which is hollow point, and unlawful for military use, and far too expensive for agency “practice” claims.
This ammunition was purchased by the American people’s money, and has created a perceived threat to Americans, created concern in Congress, and caused a scarcity of ammunition for Americans seeking to protect themselves. All hollow point ammunition, and general ammo amounts above non-combat agency minimums for necessary training should be immediately provided to legal Americans as a good faith act, and to prove there is no ulterior agenda by the federal government or its agencies against Americans.
