Turn over the remaining stockpile of US chemical weapons to international control under the same terms as Syria.

Created by F.J. on September 12, 2013

Under the terms of the Chemical Weapons Convention, the United States and Russia agreed to destroy all their chemical weapons by 2012. Both countries failed to meet the deadline. As a sign of good faith, the President of the United States, as commander in chief, should agree to the same terms and timetables required of Syria as to chemical weapons and should urge Russia to agree to the same.
