Turn the Postal Service into a national Internet Service Provider.

Created by C.M. on April 25, 2013

Currently internet access for rural areas is spotty at best and in larger cities may be subject to the whims of a single provider. Commissioning the postal service to become a national ISP will spur competition and provide choice, as well as reach under served communities. This service could be operated at cost and guarantee a minimum level of access for all Americans.
