Turn public aid healthcare and medicare/medicaid into universal healthcare

Since the reason most people don't have health insurance don't have it because they can't afford it, public aid healthcare, medicare and medicaid (just any state and federal health insurance offered by government) should just combine into one health insurance and be offered as universal healthcare like Canada. Private insurance can still be available for those who still want those insurances but we should still have the option of opting into the universal healthcare. Rather they qualify for current aid or not
