The office of President is the executor of the will of the representatives of our government, incarnate in the living people serving as the congress of USA. That person, is bound by the rule of law and is not above it, but is under the rule of law even more so then the least empowered of us. He and previous administrations have been in violation of thousands of laws, have given thousands of illegal orders, that were illegally followed by agents of government that should know better. No President has the right to murder, but congress has passed illegal law that supposes he does, and he has not only signed it, but even before the law did commit murders though illegal orders to DOD. To not indict previous administrations is dereliction of duty.
